Depending on your needs your programme may combine Pilates, Barre, TRX resistance training plus weights and resistance bands to maximise results and keep your training fun, varied and effective. What to expect:
- The first session is an extended 1hr 30mins session as we have an in-depth discussion about your goals and conduct a movement and posture analysis
- After the session I share a tailored programme to achieve your goals
- We work to the programme in our sessions and you’re given optional home practice to complement the work we do together
- We check-in on progress at each session and refine the programme accordingly to ensure there’s plenty of variety and momentum to achieve your goals
Venue: I can either travel to your home or office, or join me in the Zenergy Studio in Wooburn Town (between Cookham and Beaconsfield, private parking available.
