What to expect:
- The first session is an extended 1 hour 30mins to allow enough time to discuss your goals and review your current movement and posture
- I develop and share with you a tailored programme to achieve your goals
- We work to the programme in our joint sessions and you’re given home practise to complement the work we do together
- We check-in on progress at each session and refine the programme accordingly to ensure there’s plenty of variety and mometum to achieve your goals
Some clients like to come weekly if they’re working on a very specific issue or monthly alongside attending regular classes, as a way of checking that they are performing the exercises correctly and therefore getting the maximum benefit from them.
Venue: I can either travel to your home or office or – weather permitting – we can use the Zen Den in my garden:
