1-to-1 sessions

If you’d like a personal programme to be developed based on your individual needs and goals, I also offer private one to one sessions in the Zenergy Studio, Wooburn Town.  Ideal for clients who want to work on a specific injury, area of the body, refine technique or simply achieve goals faster.  Email me to book: laura@zenergyactive.co.uk

What to expect:

  • The first session is an extended 1hr 30mins session as we have an in-depth discussion about your goals and conduct a movement and posture analysis
  • After the session I share with you a tailored programme to achieve your goals
  • We work to the programme in our joint sessions and you’re given optional home practice to complement the work we do together
  • We check-in on progress at each session and refine the programme accordingly to ensure there’s plenty of variety and momentum to achieve your goals

How often?

Some clients like to come weekly or fortnightly if they’re working on a very specific issue or monthly alongside attending regular classes, as a way of checking that they are performing the exercises correctly and therefore getting the maximum benefit from them.

Venue: I can either travel to your home or office or we can use the Zenergy Studio, Wooburn Town (between Cookham and Beaconsfield) with private parking.
