1-to-1 sessions

A tailored programme to your goals and body

Ideal for clients who want a personalised programme or to work on a specific injury, area of the body, refine technique or simply achieve goals faster.  Depending on your needs your programme may combine Pilates, Barre, TRX resistance training plus weights and resistance bands to maximise results and keep your training fun, varied and effective.  Email me to book: laura@zenergyactive.co.uk

  • We work to the programme in our sessions and you’re given optional home practice to complement the work we do together
  • We check-in on progress at each session and refine the programme accordingly to ensure there’s plenty of variety and momentum to achieve your goals
