
Ideal for clients who want a personalised programme or to work on a specific injury, area of the body, refine technique or simply achieve goals faster. Depending on your needs and preferences your programme may combine Pilates, Ballet barre, TRX resistance training plus weights and resistance bands to maximise results and keep your training fun, varied and effective. What to expect:
- The first session is an extended 1hr 30mins session as we have an in-depth discussion about your goals and conduct a movement and posture analysis
- After the session I share a tailored programme to achieve your goals
- We work to the programme in our sessions and you’re given optional home practice to complement the work we do together
- We check-in on progress at each session and refine the programme accordingly to ensure there’s plenty of variety and momentum to achieve your goals
Venue: I can either travel to your home or office, or join me in the Zenergy Studio in Wooburn Town (between Cookham and Beaconsfield), private parking available.
1-TO-1 PRICES
In-depth 90min consultation, including movement and posture review: £60.00
Block of 3 x 1hr sessions: £165 (£55 per session)
Block of 6 x 1hr sessions: £300 (£50 per session)
1-TO-2 PRICES
Second person is welcome but must attend their own initial consultation. They then pay 50% on top of the block price as per above prices – so either £27.50 for session in a block of 3 or £25 per session when booked in block of 6.
