Privacy Policy

Your privacy is really important.  It is my policy and obligation to respect your privacy regarding any information I may collect. This privacy policy explains how I collect, use, communicate, disclose and otherwise make use of personal information.

I may collect some or all of the following personal and non-personal data:

  • Name;
  • Contact information such as email addresses and telephone numbers

On your Health Questionnaire when you enrol I collect the following further information for assessing exercise suitability.

  • Medical Information including: Injuries, Illness, Medications, Pregnancy status.

I keep this information secure and I do not share it with any third parties.   This information is deleted:

  • If you have not attended a ZenergyActive class for one year
  • You specifically ask me to delete it or stop contacting you

If I have your permission to do so, I may contact you via text or via facebook messenger in the case of class cancellations or time or venue changes.

I will collect and use personal information solely for fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other ancillary purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.

I will protect personal information by using reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

I will only retain personal information for as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the above purposes.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to me using your personal data at any time, and to request that it is deleted.  You also have the right to ask for a copy of any of your personal data held by me (where such data is held). How we use Cookies
